1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the lvking platform, available at https://lvking.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user ("Member", "you" or "your"), and the operator of lvking ("lvking", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, claiming any bonus or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the lvking Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific Promotion Terms that apply to individual offers. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific Promotion Terms, the specific Promotion Terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding any uncleared bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins equivalent or reward amount credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required before a withdrawal is approved.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the account denomination currency used throughout the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be staked before a Bonus Fund amount is eligible for conversion to real-money Balance and subsequent withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel available on the Platform, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong.

3 Account Eligibility

You may only register and maintain an Account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions apply.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing lvking Account. Only one Account per individual, household address, IP address, device and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the same group.
• You are not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of lvking or any affiliated entity.

lvking reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal. Documents typically accepted include a valid Malaysian MyKad or international passport.

4 Account Registration & Security

To register an Account you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.
• Log out of the Platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify lvking immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Never share one-time passwords (OTPs) or SMS verification codes with any other person, including individuals claiming to represent lvking support.

lvking will never ask for your password via any communication channel. lvking support representatives may ask for your registered email, full name and account verification details for identity purposes only.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using a Payment Method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the Payment Method differs from the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of the relevant funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by Payment Method. As a general guide, lvking displays indicative ranges of RM30 to RM30,000 per transaction, subject to your personal bank or e-wallet limits. Exact limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be subject to change without advance notice.

Supported Malaysian Payment Methods currently include:

• Online banking transfers: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant transfer: DuitNow
• FPX bank transfer: All major participating Malaysian banks
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the Payment Method provider. Processing delays caused by bank maintenance, network congestion or intermediary checks are outside lvking's control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a Payment Method registered in your own name, matching the name on your lvking Account. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your Account must have completed the full KYC verification process.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirement in full, or you must have chosen to forfeit those Bonus Funds before withdrawing.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your cleared real-money Balance.
• Your account must not be under review for suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or policy violation.

Indicative processing targets are as follows, though actual times may vary due to payment-partner availability, additional review requirements or public holidays in Malaysia:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): target under 5 minutes after approval
• DuitNow / FPX: target 5–15 minutes after approval
• Direct bank transfer: target 15–60 minutes after approval

lvking reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including during elevated transaction periods such as Deepavali, Chinese New Year and Hari Raya public holidays.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

lvking may offer promotional bonuses including welcome matches, reload bonuses, birthday rewards and referral credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific Promotion Terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address and per Payment Method.
• A minimum deposit amount must be made in a single transaction before a bonus is credited. The applicable minimum is stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the full Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them may be forfeited if the relevant Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated expiry period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer and certain specialty games may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution tables.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when Bonus Funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum per spin or per wager may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

8 Wagering Rules

All sports betting selections, casino game wagers and live dealer bets placed through lvking are subject to the specific rules displayed for each market or game at the time of placement. General wagering rules include:

• A confirmed bet may not be altered, cancelled or reversed after submission except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or market rules.
• In the event of a disputed result — including voided sports events, data feed errors or game malfunction — lvking reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stake to the Member's Balance.
• Void bets do not count toward any Wagering Requirement or accumulator condition.
• Multiple accounts wagering in a coordinated manner to exploit promotions or arbitrage odds constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 10.
• Odds offered on the lvking platform are indicative and subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at time of confirmed placement are the final odds applied to that wager.

9 Responsible Gambling

lvking is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour across all aspects of the Platform. In accordance with this commitment:

• Members may set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits within their Account settings. Once a limit reduction is requested, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion options are available. A Member who self-excludes will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Reality check notifications remind Members of the time elapsed during an active session at configurable intervals.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lvking Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or navigate the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other Members or third parties to abuse bonuses, arbitrage odds or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing lvking staff or other Members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other Members.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the lvking Platform — including but not limited to the lvking brand name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, visual design, software code, written copy, promotional materials and structural layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of lvking or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of lvking. Unauthorised use of the lvking brand, platform assets or game content is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lvking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from game malfunction, data feed errors or technical failure beyond our reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, network outage or third-party infrastructure failure.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Malaysian banking systems, e-wallet providers or payment networks.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including outcomes influenced by your personal decisions and risk tolerance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Suspension & Termination

lvking reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your Account activity poses a risk of harm to the integrity of the Platform, other Members or third parties.
• Regulatory, compliance or law enforcement requirements necessitate such action.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time period.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting lvking support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance (less applicable charges or outstanding obligations) will be returned to your verified Payment Method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited on Account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by applicable international regulations relevant to the jurisdiction under which lvking operates. Members are responsible for determining whether access to the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

15 Amendments

lvking reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
